Xarel•lo and White Garnacha Handpicked harvest and cold maceration of both varieties separately. The flower must obtained ferments at a controlled temperature of between 15 and 16ºC. The White Garnacha is aged for one month and a half in new French oak casks Sauvignon. Bottled at the end of March 2011.

Tasting notes

Very pale bright yellow slight glints of gold. Of fruity nose, with notes of bitter apple and a subtle touch of tropical and citric fruits. Seductive and smooth in mouth, harmonious balance of acidity with aromas of fresh fruit, a nuance of candy and an attractive smoky background due to the French oak. Wine with a good body, of persistent and full flavour; light thanks to its fruitiness but consistent and exceptional aroma which is due to being aged in oak casks. Serving temperature: 7-8ºC
