Merlot, Garnacha and Mazuela. Handpicked harvest by separating each variety. Short cold maceration until devatting the flower must. The clean must ferments in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 17ºC.

Tasting notes

Nice cherry-red colour. Honest nose, clean and with aromas of raspberries and red fruits. Full and refreshing on the palate, intensifying the fruitiness via retro nasal. Known for its good structure and notable persistence, as well as its pleasant overall feeling. Serving temperature: 8-10ºC
