Varieties & production

Macabeo, Chardonnay, Xarel•lo and White Sauvignon. Handpicked harvest. Soft and independent fermentation on skins of the different varieties. The obtained must ferments at a controlled temperature of 15-16ºC.

Tasting notes

Shiny pale yellow colour with greenish glint. Intense and elegant fruity aroma with balsamic and refreshing notes. Good balance of sourness in body, being intense and soft in the mouth with a long fresh finish. Serving temperature: 7-9ºC
