Handpicked harvest. Cold maceration on skins followed by a soft pressing. Fermentation at a very low temperature (15º-16º C).

Tasting notes

Pale yellow colour with slight greenish glint. Tropical fruity aroma with touches of white flowers. Intense fresh taste that stands out for its balance. Persistent, with body, with a nice fruity and refreshing finish.
