100% Alexandria Muscat. Handpicked harvest. Cold maceration after destemming the grapes. Devatted must, which ferments at a low temperature (15-16ºC), in 300-litre Allier French oak casks. Once the alcoholic fermentation is finished, the ageing process starts on fine lees during one month and a half.

Tasting notes

Straw yellow colour with golden touches. Clean and brilliant. Powerful and elegant aroma, exotic fruits and citric. Subtle notes of new cask and species with a strong varietal character and balsamics notes. Excellent harmony between the fruit, the wood and ageing aromas. Balanced and tasty in the mouth; oily with body. Intense retro-nasal aroma and persistent, and nice, long finish. Wine of great interest for its originality and personality. Serving temperature: 10-11ºC
