The Pere Guardiola cellars and the wines we produce are the faithful reflection of a long family tradition which has evolved to achieve a sense of distinction and its own personality, which are inseparable from the land that has seen our birth and our growth: L'Empordà.
The first documented references to our company's founding fathers date from 1871, where we found a contract of sale for a vineyard named "Mirgoler", which still exists, in which it is worth noting the testimony of a famous writer and great specialist on the subject of phylloxera, Carles Bosch de la Trinxeria, who lived in La Jonquera during the 19th century.
